Osiris Design Studios was founded as a sole proprietorship in March 1999 and was incorporated as Osiris Design Corp ("ODC") in August 2000. ODC partnered with a software development company to form Iron Lava Corp in January 2001. In April 2002, ODC purchased 100% of Iron Lava Corp's shares. Today, Iron Lava Corp offers a variety of services including web design, web hosting, database development and graphic design.

You may have noticed an Ancient Egyptian theme to this site. This theme was designed and chosen to represent us in a way that celebrates the ingenuity and resourcefulness of the Ancient Egyptian peoples. They were an extremely creative and "progressed" society.

About the Others

We believe we were the first web design firm to use Osiris as part of our company name. Recent Google searches have yielded fourteen other companies with Osiris in their names. We feel no animosity or competitiveness with these companies and invite them to let us know if they were formed prior to March 1999. Happy designing guys!
